John Kelly

John Kelly is the Vice President of Government Affairs and Strategic Outreach at Professional Contract Services Inc. (PCSI), a dynamic Texas-based social enterprise employing over 2,000 individuals across 14 states. Before joining PCSI, John served as the Vice President of Government Affairs and Grassroots Advocacy at SourceAmerica.

John's commitment to disability advocacy extends to his extensive community involvement. He has chaired the Prince William County Special Education Advisory Committee and the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities, a gubernatorial-appointed Developmental Disabilities Council. Furthermore, he contributes his expertise as a board member for the Parent Educational Advocacy Training Center (PEATC) and MitoAction, a nationwide nonprofit addressing mitochondrial disease.

With a diverse professional background, John has held leadership positions at Borders Books and PepsiCo and spent three years teaching English in Japan. A native of Maryland, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
