Cathy Miller

Catherine Miller has over 35 years’ experience in CEO and Board Director roles, including over 16 years in the Disability Sector.

Cathy’s commercial background and experience resulted in exponential growth in Disability helm whilst CEO of the largest disability service provider in South Australia Minda Incorporated.

This was achieved through acquisitions, mergers and new initiatives resulting in over 3,500 people with disability having access to either inclusive or supported employment opportunities. These included a variety of enterprises including commercial laundry, electronic recycling, catering including an inclusive café, wine storage and logistics, furniture manufacturing, gardening and horticulture, cleaning and domestic services, packaging, and relabelling.

Cathy has participated Nationally as a Director of National Disability Services and member of the national Disability Employment Committee.

Internationally, as a Director of Workability International since 2018 and a consultant training to several organisations in Thailand including government on disability, aged care, mental health, and homelessness.

Driven by a passion to ensure inclusivity and empowerment for people of all abilities in all aspects of life including employment.
