Workability International seeks to maximise work opportunities available to people with disabilities by promoting the commercial interests of our member organisations with large multinational enterprises, national Governments and international authorities.

Following negotiated arrangements with major international companies, members individually and collectively have created employment for people with disabilities as well as business opportunities for one another.

Workability Europe Business (WEB) is a new European initiative that Workability has embarked on, providing services to business. This new departure not only presents a commercial edge to the global organisation’s operations but there are plans to extend the initiative worldwide in coming years.

Working together within and across regions we are able to harness our purchasing power and obtain good terms and conditions from our regional and global suppliers.
